Location:
Bajacu is situated hilltop on the South side of Providenciales providing a breathtaking 270 degree view of the surrounding turquoise sea. This villa is only minutes by car to Grace Bay Beach, world class golf, and some of Provo’s finest restaurants. The villa is also approximately a 15 minute drive for the Provo International Airport.
The Grounds:
The total estate is 11 acres of lush meticulously maintained tropical gardens full of bougainvilleas, jasmine, coconut trees, royal palm and various fruit trees. The villa consists of 9,500 square feet of under roof area as well as 3,500 square feet of open terrace.
Maximum # of Guests:
Bajacu sleeps a maximum of 10 guests (not including children under the age of 3 years).
Accommodations:
5 bedrooms: Three of Bajacu’s bedrooms have king size beds while 2 have double beds. All bedrooms include air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV with flat screen, DVD player, telephone and Internet access, a safe, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, hair dryer, and a private terrace.
7 bathrooms: Five en-suite, one in the living room, and one in the office
2 living rooms: Bajacu has one exterior living room covered by a large palapa and preceded by a sculpted volcanic stone fountain as well as one interior living room that is connected to the palapa by a beautiful pergola and is surrounded by the pool.
2 dining areas: There is one formal dining area that can seat 16 located inside the villa as well as one protected outdoor area for dining alfresco.

House Rules:
Bajacu is a non-smoking villa. A seven (7) night minimum rental is required year round. Children are welcome, but a notarized waiver is required for those under 5 years of age.
Services Available:
Bajacu is complete with its own fresh water making plant.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the fresh fruit and herbs that are harvested on the estate.
The villa includes 2 Professional Diving Masters and a private boat trip to a deserted white sandy beach. Rental of Bajacu includes 2 boat trips per week of stay. Additional half day boat trips are available at USD $500 each.
Two (2) staff members live on the estate in separate quarters and are available at all times.
