Bella Sur Mer is located on the west end of Grace Bay Beach in an area called Turtle Cove Beach. You couldn’t want for a better location as this villa is only 100 feet from the powdery white sands of Grace Bay Beach and only a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive from Smith’s Reef which his home to some of the best snorkeling on the island. Walk only five minutes over the bridge to Turtle Cove where you will find 6 of the most popular restaurants on Provo, both casual and fine dining. Many fishing, diving, and snorkeling operators are also located in Turtle Cove.
Maximum # of Guests:
The upstairs unit of this villa sleeps a maximum of 4 people. If the downstairs unit is rented as well the villa can sleep up to 8 people.
Additional Features/Amenities:
This villa is newly renovated and boasts 2800 square feet of interior area.
Maid service is included twice a week, normally on Wednesday and Saturday.

2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs: One of the upstairs bedrooms has a king size bed while the other has two twin beds that can be dressed as a king. Both bedrooms also have large en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning units. One of the downstairs bedrooms also has a king bed while the other has two twin beds that can be dressed as a king. Both downstairs bedrooms also have full en-suite bathrooms.
Upstairs: The upstairs of this villa has a large open living room, a screened in sitting area with magnificent views of the pool and Grace Bay, and a dining room on a large warp around screened in deck with a dining table that can seat 8 people.
Downstairs: The self contained downstairs unit has a sitting area, a well appointed kitchenette, and beautiful views of the garden.
Pool/Patio: Bella Sur Mer has a private 16’ x 10’ freshwater pool which includes an 8’ x 8’ shallow baby pool that flows into the main pool. The pool is built into an elevated structure and located halfway between the house and the beach. It is surrounded by a pool deck and features a beautiful covered gazebo. The pool offers a breathtaking view of the shoreline and the stunning turquoise waters of Grace Bay.
