Five Little Cays is nestled in the very quiet and private area on Providenciales’ South side known as Turtle Tail, yet is only a short 10 minute drive to the island’s world-renowned Grace Bay Beach and fine restaurants. The villa enjoys breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea from almost every room as well as an equally stunning view of Juba Salina inlet from two of the bedrooms, the living room, both side patios and the front porch and driveway. The villa is virtually surrounded by water and gets its name from the five tiny islands situated in the Caribbean Sea just a few hundred yards beyond the villa’s private beach.

Accommodations:
4 Bedrooms (including 1 Master Suite): All bedrooms have 11 foot tray ceilings and French doors leading out onto one of two side patios or onto the rear pool patio. The Master Suite features a king-size low four poster bed, three sets of French doors (one set leads to a side patio and two sets lead onto the rear pool patio), a walk-in closet (which contains a safe), and his/her en-suite bathrooms with a Jacuzzi tub that overlooks the pool and the Caribbean Sea in one and the other with a large tiled shower stall. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size four poster beds and en-suite bathrooms with a tiled shower stall. Both also boast a breathtaking view to the north of Juba Salina inlet. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and is conveniently located adjacent to a guest bathroom with a tiled shower room.
Dining room: The dining area is adjacent to the spacious kitchen and enjoys French doors which overlook the pool as well as the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The dining table is a dark wood West Indies style and seats eight.
Kitchen: This villa features a spacious gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with all the usual amenities including service for eight, conventional and microwave/convection ovens, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, coffee maker, blender, etc.
Living room: The living and dining areas are an open-plan design creating a spacious and airy feel. The living area boasts seven 10-foot circular support columns and a two-story high cupola with exposed beams. Overlooking the pool and the Caribbean Sea you will find an 18 foot telescoping sliding door system with slide away screens.
5 Bathrooms: 4 of the bathrooms are en-suite.
Pool/Patio Area: Beach and patio furniture, two kayaks, pool floatation devices, a BBQ gas grill, and an outside shower are all available for guests’ use surrounding the pool area. The private pool is a freshwater plunge pool complete with built-in lounge shelves for sitting while immersed in water. The patio area is also shaded by two large “sun-brella”-covered pergolas.
