Ocean Pearl is located in a new development on Providenciales called Leeward Estates. This new villa is situated directly on the ocean on the South side of the island and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the open turquoise water from every vantage point.

Accommodations:
3 bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV and DVD player. The master en-suite features a superb vanity unit, a Jacuzzi hydro bath and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 1 has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed and guest bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. All three rooms offer a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding ocean through large French doors that also provide access to the pool and patio area. Each bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom which has a walk-in shower, bath robes, and luxury Molton Brown products.
Great Room: This beautifully appointed room features a high vaulted ceiling and three large glass double doors offering a spectacular panoramic view over the ocean. The room also has large comfortable sofas and chairs, original oil paintings, a state of the art entertainment system with surround sound, a DVD player, cable on a plasma wide-screen TV, high speed Internet, and a wet bar and wine chiller.
Dining Room: A formal dining room just off of the kitchen offers a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean through glass French doors. The table has seating for six.

Kitchen: The superb gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience needed to create a sumptuous meal whether you enjoy cooking yourself or prefer to bring in an outside chef. The kitchen features custom built rosewood kitchen units, Viking professional gas stove and oven, Viking professional large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, as well as high quality utensils, cookware, glassware, and flatware.
Pool/Patio: The outdoor area of the villa features a large infinity pool, six sun loungers, travertine marble decking, a shaded patio area, outdoor dining furniture, meticulously landscaped gardens, a Viking stainless steel gas BBQ grill, and 134 feet of ocean frontage with steps that lead directly into the sea.
Ocean Pearl is one of the few properties on Providenciales that features whole house air conditioning by a state of the art “chiller system”. The air conditioning is used at the guests’ discretion and is metered and charged back to the guest at cost.
Additional Services:
Assistance of arrival: On arrival at the airport you will be greeted by the villa property manager who will escort you to the villa. The villa rental includes a “partial transfer” which includes assistance with car hire or taxi bookings at the airport and help with any extra luggage.
The property manager will undertake a full orientation on the property and the island once you arrive at the villa. She will also be available during normal working hours to help you arrange tours, activities, or restaurants and after working hours in emergencies.
Maid service is provided twice a week, normally on Wednesday and Saturday.
