The Cottage is nestled within mature tropical gardens in an area of Providenciales’ south side called Ocean Point.

• This villa has two stories and is perfect for a couple or two couples. The upper unit is has one bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, a small kitchen, living room and screened patio. The lower unit is a large efficiency with a queen size bed, a bathroom, a kitchenette, living room and screened porch.
• All rooms have a ceiling fan and the bedrooms also have air conditioning which is metered and charged back at cost to the guest at check-out.
• There is a wooden deck at the waters edge complete with lounge chairs.
• This villa is a short walk or swim to Taylor Beach.
