Villa Sublime captures the essence of Island-style at its finest. Situated in the southcoast of Provo in Silly Creek, it takes full advantage of the elevation overlooking enchanting views of Silly Creek, the blue crystal waters of the south shore, and magical sunsets over Turtle Rock.

The villa is a 15 minute drive from the Airport, downtown Provo, shopping, restaurants and resorts. It occupies 1.5 acres of oceanfront property giving striking ocean views and the Silly Creek as a backdrop on its northern side.

Maximum # of Guests:

Villa Sublime sleeps a maximum of 6 guests, including children.

ACCOMMODATION:

Interior:
The interior is a seamless floor plan of elegant design and spaciousness. The main entry, through an intricate wrought iron and glass arched door, opens into the foyer directly facing the great room, and the French doors leading through to pool patio and ocean views. High ceilings, Italian marble floors, French doors and casement windows capture the surrounding outdoor views bringing light and beauty of the surrounds into the magnificent interior.

The 4,000+ square foot interior includes 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a separate den/study convertible to a fourth bedroom with 2 full size twin sleepers, an open design living area and well equipped modern kitchen and dining area. On the lower level, there is a large double-car garage, laundry room and full bathroom.

Outdoors:
From the covered oceanside terrace bordering a large 32’x21’ infinity edge swimming pool, a stone pathway winds between a beautiful blend of exotic and indigenous plants to a uniquely arched grotto leading into the ocean. Swimming is beautiful in the clear and calm waters - a perfect beginning to the day.

Master bedroom suite:
Occupying one wing of the house, the raised Master Suite has hardwood floors, stunning ocean views. a four-poster King Bed, two large walk-in closets, Television, and French doors accessing poolside; its large bathroom has walk in shower stall, two sink vanities, separate WC and Jacuzzi tub with large picture window overlooking the Silly Creek waters.

The Den:
A separate study with desk, chair and luxurious appointments, featuring two large convertible twin sofa beds, sleeping 2.

Guest Rooms:
In the wing opposite the Master Bedroom, two guest rooms each with private bathrooms, Queen beds, one facing Oceanside with outlook balcony, the other facing Silly Creek.
